The overall objective is to provide Technical Assistance to the Contracting Authority (CA), in the form of Technical Assistance services to achieve the specific goal aimed at necessary digitization measures for the efficiency and sustainability of investments in the water/wastewater sector and measures for the energy efficiency of the CA. Applied to the water utility sector, digital transformation involves the adoption of advanced technological systems that allow monitoring and actioning processes throughout the entire water management cycle, from intake to discharge back into the environment, including managing commercial relationships with end-users.

A1. Digitization Services and Cybersecurity:
A1.1. Development of the Regional Operator's Service Digitization;
A1.2. Improvement of the CyberSecurity system for the Regional Operator;
A1.3. Training and strengthening the capacity of the Regional Operator for Service Digitization.
A1.4. Installation and completion of activities for Service Digitization;
A1.5. Training and strengthening the capacity of the Regional Operator for CyberSecurity;
A1.6. Installation and completion of activities for Cybersecurity.
A2. Energy Efficiency:
A2.1. Energy Audit of the equipment and installations in the Operating Area of the Regional Operator;
A2.2. Action Plan - Development of a system of measures for the energy efficiency of the installations and equipment in the Operating Area of the Regional Operator;
A2.3. Training and strengthening the capacity of the Regional Operator for Energy Efficiency;
A2.4. Installation and completion of activities for the Development of a system of measures for the energy efficiency of the installations and equipment.
