Delivery and implementation of a stationary remote water meter reading system using Narrowband IoT/LTE M (Cat M1) technology for 4300 points located in the municipalities of Kobiór and Wyry, covering the towns of Kobiór, Wyry, and Gostyń.
The scope of the order includes:
1) delivery of Narrowband IoT/LTE M (Cat M1) devices (modules) 4300 pcs.; equivalent from the application (5.1): Narrowband IoT module (IoT and BAG)
2) delivery and installation of supplementary devices – antennas with a range of 500 m and LoRaWAN modules, in a quantity not exceeding 5% of the number of basic modules – option right according to point 7; equivalent from the application (5.2): 500 m range antenna for locations with a total lack of GSM LTE M/Narrowband IoT signal.
3) implementation and launch of a mobile application for verifying communication and GSM signal parameters; equivalent from the application (5.3): Device for communication of the module with the mobile application 1 pcs.
4) delivery, installation, and configuration of software for aggregation and analysis of water meter readings 1 pcs.; equivalent from the application (5.4): Software for aggregating and analyzing water meter readings
5) Installation of Narrowband IoT/LTE M (Cat M1) devices (modules) 1 set; equivalent from the application (5.5): Installation of Narrowband IoT module (IoT and BAG)
6) Training in the installation, configuration, and operation of devices and software 1 set. Equivalent from the application (5.6): Training in the installation, operation of the module (Narrowband IoT) and the system for aggregating and analyzing system readings

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the proceedings for the award of the contract in accordance with Article 257, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
