The client intends to energetically refurbish the existing building of the Academy Biggesee. Through comprehensive structural measures, the building will be made future-proof and its usage secured in the long term. The necessary refurbishment measures include a complete refurbishment of the heated building envelope. Additionally, the building services engineering will also undergo extensive refurbishment. The subject of this procurement is the planning services required for the energy refurbishment according to object planning (§ 34 HOAI) for service phases 2 and 3 as well as 5-8 HOAI (LOT1) and planning services for technical building equipment (§ 55 HOAI) for service phases 2-8 (LOT2). A staggered commissioning will take place. The entire refurbishment project is funded by grants from the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (ERDF/JTF).
