The benefit is awarded in 2 lots. An offer may be submitted on one lot or both lots.
Lot 1: Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH:
Within the framework of lot 1, the occupational health services (section C. 1 of the service description) are awarded to Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH. The services of the occupational safety specialist as well as the services in the fields of fire safety, hazardous substances and waste are provided as options. The Contractor shall not be entitled to call on the optional services.
Lot 2: RMK-Service GmbH
Within the scope of lot 2, the occupational medical services (section C. 1 of the service description) are awarded to RMK-Service GmbH. The services of the occupational safety specialist as well as the services in the fields of fire safety, hazardous substances and waste are provided as options. The Contractor shall not be entitled to call on the optional services. It should be noted that a company doctor with the necessary specialist must be available as a permanent contact person per lot for occupational health care, and an expert representative must be appointed for periods of illness and vacation. The same applies to occupational safety specialists.
In the case of submission of tenders on several lots, multiple mentioning of the company doctor and his representation is possible without restriction. The same applies to occupational safety specialists. This applies regardless of whether the services are provided as an option only.
Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbHThe subject of the tender is the provision of occupational health care and occupational health and safety services on the basis of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) in conjunction with the accident prevention regulation DGUV regulation 2 in the current version as a company doctor and as a specialist in occupational safety. The tender also provides advice on fire protection, the handling of hazardous substances and waste management in compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
The contractor shall support the client in all matters of occupational health and safety and accident prevention in accordance with the statutory provisions in the current version. All occupational health and safety services are to be provided as a company doctor and as a professional for occupational safety within the meaning of the ASiG and the DGUV regulation 2 and other other legal regulations. The overall support includes basic support and operation-specific support in accordance with Appendix 2, Section 1 of the DGUV Regulation 2, as well as advisory services on fire protection, the handling of hazardous substances and waste disposal. The optional services in both lots are explicitly mentioned.
From August 1, 2021, Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH must ensure the following partial services:
— occupational physician (occupational medicine) according to § 3 ASiG,
— occupational safety specialist in accordance with § 6 ASiG (optional)
— fire safety, hazardous substances, waste (optional).
In principle, the provision of services takes place on the premises of the client. Only in consultation with the client can services be provided on the premises of the contractor. The occupational safety practitioner provided by the contractor shall be on the premises at least one fixed day/per calendar week in order to ensure the predictability of appropriate measures. In consultation with the contractor, the client will set a day for this purpose.
Activities such as the pre- and post-processing of inspections, meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee or workshops may be carried out on a location-independent basis.
All pre- and rework as well as travel activities for the provision of services are integrated into the scope of services. These are not remunerated separately. These services include in particular:
— preparatory and rework for, for example, workplace visits, arbmedVV preparedVIST and participation in committees and technical projects,
— equipment assembly and dismantling,
— cleaning and disinfection work, particularly in the case of occupational health care,
— Logging,
— drawing up and dispatch of preventive medical certificates and medical certificates in the context of occupational health care,
— file management,
— mailing,
— training of the contractor's staff,
— travel costs/travel times.
