The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework contact with 1 service provider for provision of communication services which will help the EFCA in reaching the following goals under its Communication Strategy:

— Raise awareness about the Agency's work and mission in general,

— Contribute to build a culture of compliance of the Common Fisheries Policy by generating trust, credibility and accountability,

— Manage the flow of information among the different actors involved in Fisheries,

— Foster the European Union values locally at the Agency's seat.

Specific objectives:

— Design, preparation, production and distribution of communication material (including graphic design and prints, writing, editing and proofreading, design, preparation, production, distribution of promotional material, video, multimedia and photographic products),

— Digital services (provision of web and social media management services on-site for EFCA online presence, consultancy services).

The successful tenderer shall provide a wide range of services to the EFCA which will help the Agency in the development and implementation of the most suitable means of attaining the aims mentioned under part II.1.4 above. This call for tender is specifically aimed to support the communication activities of EFCA with the exception of the organisation of events. Under no circumstances would the performance by the contractor of any of the tasks enumerated under this framework contract signify that the contractor could represent the EFCA in any way.
