The object of the contract is the supply of diesel B, exempt from special taxes, as fuel for rail transport, and diesel B at a reduced rate for use in container cranes and other engines, and vehicles not authorized to circulate on public roads in the fixed and mobile supply points located in the Spanish peninsular territory.

The tender is divided into three lots, the description of which is indicated in the corresponding section of this announcement.

The scope of the tender includes the needs of the following RENFE Group companies: RENFE Viajeros, SME, SA, RENFE Mercadades, SME, SA, and RENFE Fabricación y Mantenimiento, SME, SA, Each of these companies will formalize the corresponding contracts with the company or companies that are awarded.
