Carried out in accordance with the open call for tenders procedure provided for in Articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code, this consultation aims at the conclusion of public contracts for the purpose of organizing mail shuttles (lot 1) and postage and delivery for distribution (lot 2) for Pôle emploi Nouvelle-Aquitaine The public contracts to be concluded within the framework of the consultation take the form: for lot 1, d '' a framework agreement executed by issuing order forms in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code and concluded with a sole holder, without minimum or maximum; for lot 2, a simple market. The effective date of the contracts is set at 18.1.2021.
