Contracting authority wishes to contract a Tenderer who offers the following IT services:

• IT workplace services;

• Network management services;

• Server management services;

• Sparring partner / consultant for internal IT department;

• Monitoring services on internal and Azure cloud services;

• Emergency services;

• Other related services.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract one tenderer for the provision of IT support services during an initial period of three (3) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of three (3) times 1 year.
