Framework agreement for office furniture

In a period from the award of the contract (expected to start on 01.01.2024) to 31.12.2027, various office furniture that meets the characteristics of the RAL-UZ 38 eco-label is to be delivered. The expected and possibly deviating requirements can be found in the tender documents.

The content of the contract is the provision, delivery and installation/assembly of office furniture from an office furniture range, including planning and consulting services for 28 authorities entitled to purchase.

workplaces

The contract will be divided into the following three lots: 1 - furniture for workplaces, 2 - for the meeting and reception area and 3 - storage space in the office and common areas

Lot 1: Electrically and manually height-adjustable desks, trapezoidal tables, knee room panels for desks, acoustic walls for desk mounting, approach meeting tables in different shapes, standing containers, mobile containers

Lot 2: Conference tables, Acoustic partitions, Acoustically effective seating, Low storage tables for reception areas, Regular meeting tables, Multifunctional meeting tables with folding function, Electrically height-adjustable meeting tables

Lot 3: Filing cabinets, filing cabinets, cloakroom cabinets, optionally with ventilation for the storage of uniforms, sliding door cabinets, shelves, office caddy, locker cabinets, modern sideboards for common rooms, room division by free-standing shelving systems

each in the decors light grey, maple, beech, anthracite, grey, grey-white, cherry-Malaga, (wild) pear, walnut, white as well as various coloured variants
