The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and harvesting, by-use and tourism, to be performed in the area of the Suwałki Forest District in 2023.
The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and harvesting, by-use and tourism, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Suwałki Forest District, in the area of the Białorogi and Bondziszko Forests.

side tourism, to be carried out in the Suwałki Forest District, in the Białorogi and Bondziszki Forests in 2023.
The material scope of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and harvesting, by-use, tourism, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Appendix No. 2.1. - the planned size of works;
Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;
Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;
Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;
Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;
Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;
Appendix No. 2.3.5. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);
Attachment No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds).
The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.
The Ordering Party requires a deposit of PLN 14,000.00. The bid bond must be lodged before the deadline for submitting tenders and maintained continuously until the date of expiry of the deadline for binding the offer, in accordance with the rules described in point 11 of the SWZ.
The performance bond will amount to 2% of the total price resulting from the value of the contract, in accordance with the rules described in point 20 of the SWZ.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services similar to those constituting the subject of this contract, which will not exceed 100% of the value of this contract, in accordance with the principles described in point 5 of the SWZ. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of contract performance consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended. Deaths).
Deadline for order completion: from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2023.
