The subject of the invitation to tender is the delivery of a complete paper collection vehicle by the contractor of lot 2. The required press container and the crane (Lot 2) shall be mounted and assembled on the supplied three-axle chassis (Lot 1). The total service will be awarded in the following two lots. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots.

Lot 1:

Delivery of a three-axle chassis, suitable for accommodating a press container body (approx. 20 m³ volume) and crane by 30 May 2023 at the latest.

Lot 2:

Delivery/assembly of a press container body (approx. 20 m³) and of a fully hydraulic loader crane on the chassis. Complete assembly of the vehicle at a location in Germany and delivery by 30 September 2023 at the latest.

Delivery of a three-axle chassis, suitable for accommodating a press container body (approx. 20 m³ volume) and crane by 30 May 2023 at the latest.

The contractual scope of services includes the following (ancillary) services:

 Delivery of the three-axle chassis by the contractor from lot 1 to the contractor's location from lot 2  Necessary adjustment work and functional tests (all lots)  Delivery/assembly OBU – Toll system (lot 1)  Provision of the lot-specific technical documentation (all lots)  Training of the workshop personnel and instruction of the operating personnel (all lots)  Ensuring the delivery of spare parts of the most common spare parts (all lots)

Delivery/assembly of a press container body (approx. 20 m³) and of a fully hydraulic loader crane on the chassis. Complete assembly of the vehicle at a location in Germany and delivery by 30 September 2023 at the latest.

The contractual scope of services includes the following (ancillary) services:

Delivery of the three-axle chassis by the contractor from lot 1 to the contractor's location from lot 2 Acceptance (on behalf of the customer) and interim storage of the supplied three-axle chassis (lot 2) Assembly of the loading crane and the press container Body (lot 2) Necessary adjustment work and functional tests (all lots) Complete assembly, approval (StVZO and tachograph),

Delivery/handover/acceptance of the complete vehicle at the TBR (lot 2) Provision of the lot-specific technical documents (all lots) Training of the workshop personnel and instruction of the operating personnel (all lots) Ensuring the spare parts deliveries of the most common spare parts (all lots) The complete vehicle must be delivered by the contractor of lot 2 at the earliest possible time, but no later than 30 September 2023.
