Gubener Sozialwerke gGmbH is a municipal company of the city of Guben. It intends to build a nursing care center by rebuilding a listed building ensemble (school campus built in 1951/1952) and by adding a new building with basement.

With this lot, the flooring work for the existing buildings and the new construction of the nursing centre will be put out to tender. The work in the existing building is planned in two construction phases (1st and 2nd construction phase (BA)). The flooring work in the new building is planned in a further construction phase (3rd construction phase). Details are laid down in the construction contract (Part C of the tender documents).
