purpose
The purpose of the procurement is to secure resources of line clearance when needs arise in B. Today, B needs annual line clearance works and also in case of any major disruption. Line removal is done on a safe and cost-effective way to maintain B's power grid.
Extent
The mission applies to the provision of planned line clearing works as well as hot/emergency preparedness for major disruption. L should be able to provide readiness for lumberjackers/Scots when B sees that severe weather is on entrance. Staff provided by L shall be experienced, speak and understand the Swedish language and, if possible, hold training for storm-felled forest. Staff shall hold all necessary equipment to perform the service. If chainsaw is to be used, ABC driver's license should be held or equivalent training.
L shall be able to provide references on L resources at B's request.
Linköping, Mjölby and Katrineholm with the surrounding area are part of the mission. The different parts and estimated quantity for each area are shown in Appendix estimated amounts of line elevation and in the map appendices.
Note that the scope of the mission is only estimated and applies unconnected. Linköping and Katrineholm management networks are cleared at four-year intervals.

During the term of the agreement, changes may be made based on group decisions, operational changes and more that may affect the need and volume. L is obliged to supply the real need.
Ceiling volume for the entire framework contract period including any extensions is 10 MSK. This is no guaranteed volume without L to deliver real need.
