The tender will take place through an open procedure with the criterion of awarding the most economically advantageous offer, with electronic presentation on SAP - SRM system of the administrative, technical and economic documentation, pursuant to LP 2/2016, of articles 30 bis and 30 paragraph 5ter, lett. b) of the LP 26/93 and with the procedural modalities of the art. 62 and Title IV), Chapter V) of the DPP 11.5.2012 n. 9/84 / Leg.

The contract concerns the drafting of the executive design including the safety and coordination plan as well as the execution of all the works and supplies necessary for the restructuring, adaptation and expansion of the Leone Bosin elementary school in Cavalese (p .ed. 1173 CC Cavalese).

Total contract amount of EUR 7 654 941.46 divided as follows:

a) total cost of the works 7 418 032.42 EUR of which 7 179 275.07 for work subject to a reduction and 238 757.35 EUR for costs not subject to a reduced contract, for the security and coordination plan, and for the operational security plan;

b) total amount for the executive design (including the safety coordination service at the design stage) EUR 236 909.04 subject to a discount.
