IT support for case management, customer portal and process digitization

Landskrona Energi AB (The Orderer) intends to procure a Case Management System (ÄHS) in which the system's constituent modules shall be fully integrated for all kinds of cases and orders in the field of electrical networks, electrical commerce, district heating, charging infrastructure, solar cells and urban networks.

The requester requests rapid and effective case management in a scalable solution with flexible capabilities to streamline case management and stakeholder relationships, as well as the opportunity for developing these processes going forward.

In addition to a traditional ÄHS, the Orderer also wishes that the solution can manage customer info, stakeholder chat, form creation, and mailing and follow-up campaigns. The solution should also support documents, template libraries and be able to manage different formats of images and video for uploading. The solution shall have a self-service customer portal which should include digital identification and signing and shall be able to communicate with other systems through integration.
