Reconstruction of Aleja Wojska Polskiego - DK 1 in Częstcohów.

The order includes, among others:

I. In the scope of construction works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party:

1. Execution of the full (with the exception of works performed by the previous contractor, indicated in the inventory) scope of preparatory works resulting from the design documentation together with the removal and disposal of materials from demolition

for a distance of up to 15 km, whereby the Ordering Party informs that:

- cutter (destruction from surface demolition is the property of the Consortium: Bitum sp. z o.o. Drog-Bud sp. z o.o. according to

with contract 14/2021,

- the scrap metal is the property of P.P.U.H. EUROSCRAP Celej Krystian in accordance with contract No. 15/2021,

- wood – the Contractor will be obliged to pay for the harvested wood to the Ordering Party,

- street lighting owned by Tauron Nowe Technologie SA is dismantled (on the construction site there are: 345 pieces of luminaires, 165 pieces of plastic connection manholes, 5840 m of cable weighing up to 2kg / m), the foundations are to be disposed of as rubble, metal elements constituting scrap will be the property of the Ordering Party, lighting fixtures and other lighting elements classified as hazardous materials are to be disposed of by the Contractor, in addition, the already dismantled luminaires in the investment in question, stored in the MZD warehouse at Złota Street in Częstochowa (there are 165 luminaires in the warehouse), should also be disposed of;

- other materials are the property of the Contractor.

Execution of the full (with the exception of works performed by the previous contractor, indicated in the inventory) scope of construction works resulting from the design documentation and resulting from the obtained arrangements and administrative decisions

II. With regard to changes in the project documentation:

1. Preparation of design documentation replacement for sound-absorbing screens in the area of Aleja Wojska Polskiego 122 A, B, C, D,

2. Preparation of design documentation for the replacement of the type of sound-absorbing screen on the section from Olsztyńska Street to Wesoła Street

(for a transparent screen),

3. Preparation of design documentation for a collision with the sanitary channel DN 1000 mm in the area of the junction at Legionów Street (WD1),

4. Preparation of design documentation for the elimination of a collision with the DN 1000 water supply in the area of the footbridge at Okrzei Street (K5) and a collision with the DN 250 waterworks in the area of the footbridge at Stroma Street (K3),

5. Preparation of design documentation for the illumination of footbridges and a semi-tunnel screen on the flyover over the Peace Avenue (WD4)

6. Design solution of all collisions found during implementation and not disclosed in the project documentation;

7. Obtaining all terms and conditions.

8. Performing complementary geodetic and geological measurements to the extent enabling proper execution of design documentation,
