1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of an echocardiograph to Kociewie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o.

2. The subject of the order must be brand new, of proper quality, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and claims of third parties, not used.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of at least 24 months.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of variant bids.

5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the OPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
