II.1.4) The subject of this invitation to tender of the building management of the City of Cologne is the complete planning as well as the turnkey and operational construction of a new school building with canteen and auditorium as well as the construction of a new daycare center. In addition, the listed manor house is to be renovated and integrated into the school use. With the exception of the existing manor house, the bunker and the trees, the demolition of the existing buildings will be carried out on site in the run-up to the TU measure. Car parking spaces and a 3-fold gymnasium will be implemented at a different location as part of another measure. We are looking for a general contractor on the basis of a functional service description.

The requirements planning and feasibility study result in a gross floor area for the new building of around 16,000 m².

A high-quality new school building with classrooms, cafeteria and auditorium is to be realized, which in particular meets the new

"Planning framework for pedagogical spatial concepts at Cologne schools" and the school building guideline of the city

Cologne and implemented in a modern and aesthetic architectural language. This applies analogously to the new construction of the daycare center with warm-up kitchen and exercise room on the basis of the service description of the Office for Children, Youth and Family.

All outdoor facilities, including sports and play equipment for both uses, are part of the scope of the measures.
