the expected services are services of studies, manufacture and supply of fixed defense balls, mooring boxes called "Lpt chests", panels "Protected area", buoy lines and reels, as well as small equipment (chains, shackles, mesh) necessary to allow the assembly of physical barriers prohibiting military port of Toulon.The market is broken down into 5 technical parts:- technical part No. 1: carrying out studies for the design of fixed defense balls and LPT chests;- technical part No. 2: manufacture, supply, admission and delivery to Toulon of 65 fixed defense balls, 8 LPT chests and associated equipment for the assembly of ball trains;- technical part No. 3: manufacture, supply, admission and delivery to Toulon of 104 fixed defense balls, 12 LPT chests and associated equipment for assembling ball trains;- technical part No. 4: manufacture, supply, admission and delivery to Toulon of 42 fixed defense balls, 5 LPT boxes and associated equipment for the assembly of ball trains;- technical part No. 5: manufacture, supply, admission and delivery to Toulon of 114 fixed defense balls, 14 LPT boxes and associated equipment for assembling ball trains
