The scope of the public contract 'IaaS solution (including associated services and supplies)' includes - briefly - the following elements:

a. ICT Infrastructure: provision of all ICT Infrastructure components;

b. backup and restore as a managed service;

c. External hosting (for the iaas solution); delivery of data center capacity with high availability and facilities;

d. technical and functional maintenance of the IaaS solution;

e. availability 'service desk' / 'fault service' IaaS solution;

f. implement the new IaaS solution, including the transition from the current IaaS solution in use at the Intelligence Bureau to the new IaaS solution;

g. at the request of stichting Inlichtingenbureau, issue expert advice specifically aimed at transition from the new applied IaaS solution to a cloud-based solution (such as Azure and similar).
