Renovation work on the Nautical Stadium - Phase 2: Rehabilitation of covered areas Lots 1 and 2 (24f008_24f009) Phase 2 will include the following services: - the deconstruction of the existing building, - the reconstruction of the new aquatic centre (approximately 5600 square metres of useful space) by developing the offer to allow the additional reception of users, i.e.: - a 25 x 20 metre pool, - two learning pools, including 1 well-being pool, - the creation of 500 seats in the stands to be used to host events, - The development of changing rooms and reception areas, administrative and staff premises associated with the nautical stadium, - technical rooms in the basement, - the construction of two independent commercial areas on the first floor, delivered raw for a restaurant and a fitness area, and the development of a panoramic terrace. Finally, for the proper functioning of this equipment, the creation of a car park with 80 spaces on two levels in the basement
