1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of rooms in the facilities of the Tax Administration Chamber in Rzeszów in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and external areas, including snow removal and ice removal in winter. The subject of the contract includes the supply of toiletries and other materials and products used to maintain constant cleanliness. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in: Description of the subject matter of the contract for the basic task and the right of option - Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference; Detailed descriptions of the subject matter of the contract for individual lots – Appendix No. 1/I, 1/II to the Terms of Reference and Draft provisions of the contract – Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
2. The contract was divided into two parts: Lot I – 19 objects (21 with the right of option), Lot II – 16 objects.
