Construction of a youth centre for the youth training centre of the 1st FC Union Berlin e.V. This new building is divided into two construction phases, BT1 as a two-storey building and component 2 as a single-storey building. The new building will not have a basement, in the eastern area is to be founded deeper by a 700 mm rainwater pipe.
