- building 15 (ground floor): fire safety compliance, control of fire dampers. Power supply to the ventilation system. Installation of lighting equipment, emergency lighting, sockets and motive power required for the different types of premises. - building 16: relocation of the existing fire installations to the new lodge. Extension and adaptation of the existing fire safety system. Relocation of security installations to the establishment's general dispatcher room. Extension and adaptation of the existing anti-intrusion system. Heating - ventilation - plumbingFirm edge:
- building 13: partial replacement of body-mounted finned tube type heating convectors by panel radiators. Ventilation by compact double-flow units with two rooms. Partial replacement of sanitary ware on the ground floor. Complete overhaul of student sanitary facilities on R + 1 and R + 2;
- building 14 (R + 1): air conditioning by mini DRV. Ventilation by double flow unit;
- building 15 (ground floor): creation of changing rooms, and extension of the weight room, with replacement of heating convectors type finned tubes with bodywork, by panel radiators, extension of double flow ventilation, and installation of sanitary devices ;
- building 16: heating / cooling by individual direct expansion system, ventilation and sanitary appliances for the lodge;
- building 17: replacement of individual boilers and sanitary appliances, with implementation of individual single-flow ventilation, for staff accommodation.
