the purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for lifts, accessible and inaccessible freight elevators, lifts for persons with reduced mobility and lifting platforms, associated services and the supply of spare parts. It concerns all the devices of the services and public establishments of the State in the Pays de la Loire region
