The construction project consists of the construction of a new laboratory building on the Beuth University campus in the Berlin-Mitte district of Wedding.

The building to be erected has the following shell dimensions:

Length approx. 90 m, width approx. 31 m, height approx. 22 m or 24 m including the roof structures. The gross floor area, including the basement, is approx. 16 840 m 2 .

— 800 m2 privacy screen, aluminium slats,

— 35 m steel railings,

— 2 suspension ladders, steel with back protection,

— 6 maintenance ladders, aluminium,

— 12 pcs. roof overhang aids, aluminium,

— 13 tons of section steel for steel UK for rooftop HVFs,

— 150 m2 grating platforms, steel in shafts,

— 120 m2 light well covers, steel as a safe grate,

— 780 kg steel-UK for transformer in the UG,

— 1 steel staircase,

— 40 pcs manhole covers, gratings, steel.
