The offered items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from defects in materials, construction and law. The offered subject of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with the applicable law. The subject of the contract must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) - if applicable.
