The assignment relates to:

1) the definitive and executive project, relating to the restoration and renovation of the Forte di Pietole, within the complex design called "Forte di Pietole enhancement path and the Virgilian museum", property of municipal property protected under the new code of cultural and landscape heritage, articulated according to the provisions of art. 23, 146 and 147, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as well as all that is governed by the laws in force and the drafting of the safety and coordination plan during the design phase pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent . mod. and integr. and the maintenance plan and the file of the work; the design entrusted must be based on the guidelines provided by the municipal administration;

2) construction management, testing assistance, measurement and accounting, pursuant to art. 101 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as well as all that is governed by current laws and the coordination of safety during execution pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent mod. and integr.

The professional services provided are the following:

1) final design (including the necessary paperwork for obtaining all authorizations);

2) executive project (including the necessary paperwork for obtaining all authorizations);

3) safety and coordination plan, maintenance plan and work file;

4) construction management, assistance, measurement and accounting;

5) safety coordination during execution.
