The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Piekary Śląskie Commune in 2023. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following 9 parts:
1) Waste paper and cardboard in the estimated amount - 900 Mg / year;
2) Waste plastics, multi-material packaging and metals in the estimated amount - 1100 Mg / year;
3) Glass waste in an estimated amount of -1200 Mg / year;
4) Biodegradable kitchen waste in the estimated amount - 200 Mg / year;
5) Waste of selectively collected bottom ashes generated in households in the estimated amount - 1300 Mg / year;
6) Green waste in the estimated amount - 1600 Mg / year;
7) Non-segregated waste in the estimated amount - 11000 Mg / year;
8) Large waste in the estimated amount - 1750 Mg / year;
9) Waste of rubble, concrete, soil and soil in the estimated amount - 6000 Mg / year.

Pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL, the contracting authority provides for the repetition of similar services as for the basic contract consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract and consisting in the management of municipal waste forming part of the contract (scope of the contract).
The condition for awarding a contract for the repetition of services: the need to increase the amount of municipal waste from residents of the Piekary Śląskie Commune to be managed in a given year or the lack of selection of a contractor as a result of a prolonged public procurement procedure and the lack of conclusion of a contract for the next year, as well as the fulfillment of the condition of participation in the procedure such as in this contract (basic contract), i.e. having a current decision for the treatment of municipal waste being the subject of the contract.
The estimated value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar services is - PLN 405,000.00
