The purpose of this consultation is to award a project management contract for the restructuring of the Charles Perrault nursery school, in Grand-Quevilly (76)

- duration of the contract: the contract holder's mission begins from the notification of the contract and runs until the end of the guarantee period for perfect completion of all the works carried out by the companies. The overall estimated duration of execution of this project management contract is 38 months;

- execution times: the execution times are determined for each element of the assignments. Reference should be made to article 3 of the act of engagement.
