Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of meals to school catering establishments in the territory of the Community of Municipalities of the Pays Noyonnais.

The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum but with an annual maximum of 1,500,000 EUR excluding VAT. The framework agreement with a firm term of one year is renewable once for a period of one year.

As an indication, estimates of the average quantities of meals ordered: in nursery school: 48,720 average annual meals and in elementary school 35,700 average annual meals in sixteen municipalities (sometimes be aware of several schools in the same municipality).
