It is mainly a supply market. The consultation is launched according to the procedure of the open call for tenders provided for in articles R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-3, R. 2124-5 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the public order dated 1.4.2019. The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum, under articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2161-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of same code. The market is divided into three lots. Prices are unitary and firm on 1 re year then revisable under the conditions set out in the CCAP. Variants are not allowed. The contract is concluded for a period of twelve months from 1.1.2021, the date of the start of execution of the contract. Notification will take place at the end of 2020 to allow the market to be set up. This market is tacitly renewable three times a maximum of twelve months. Please note there are compulsory kitchen visits (see consultation rules and annex 1). There will be no defense.
