The service concerns the reception, processing and recovery of biowaste in the area of operation of Bothnian Bay Waste Management Ltd in accordance with the tender documents. The invitation to tender has been drawn up in Finnish. The client has prepared a translation of the documents into Swedish (Appendix 2 to the invitation to tender). In the event of a conflict, the content of a document in Finnish is binding. The offer can also be submitted in Swedish.

Bothnian Bay Waste Management Ltd is responsible for transporting biowaste to the treatment plant

The contract period starts on 1.2.2023 and is first fixed-term for one (1) year and continues until further notice, unless either party has terminated it six (6) months before the end of the fixed-term contract. The notice period for an open-ended contract is six (6) months.

The service includes the processing and recovery of biowaste collected from the Kemi, Keminmaa, Tornio, Tervola and Ylitornio areas and from the customer bases of Bothnian Bay Waste Management Ltd.

The service required for the treatment and recovery of bio-waste and the requirements for it are described in detail in Annex 1.

The subscriber chooses one (1) service provider with which it contracts.
