The framework agreement for construction management will apply for Statsbygg, region east’s properties in Oslo and Akershus. The responsible person in Statsbygg, region east will vary from assignment to assignment.

The property portfolio will vary due to the procurement, sale and supply of new buildings. Region east currently has a total of approx. 1 083 000 m² floor area divided over the whole of Østlandet.

The property mass is of varying ages and constructed with different construction techniques, several of the properties are culturally historically worth protecting.

The aim of the framework agreement for construction management is to ensure sufficient capacity and good competence at all times. Statsbygg, region east would like, through the framework agreement, to join up with permanent construction managers who can quickly be brought in when needed for both short and long assignments.
