1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery and assembly of numerical machining machines with instrumentation, 3D scanner with software and computer workstations with CAD/CAM software as part of the project: "Establishment and support for the functioning of the Branch Skills Center in Łuków"
2. All numerically controlled machining machines shall be compatible with each other, including programming/control with the same manufacturer's software.
Equipment must have:
• Telephone service support in Polish
• User manuals / DTR machines in Polish
• Service on the premises of the Polish authorized by the manufacturer to repair the devices.
All machines must be brand new.
The Contractor shall provide at least 24 months of quality guarantee for the completed order.
The description of the object of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Service response time within max. 2 working days.
The price of the offer must include the costs of transport, installation, commissioning along with instruction / training in the amount of 15 pcs. 8 hours each.
The Ordering Party reserves that the acceptance of the machines will take place after commissioning and conducting tests – (by the Contractor) confirming the fulfillment of the made, agreed test details with the recipient.
3. The description of the Subject of the Order constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
