The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of natural stone aggregates for the maintenance of forest roads and skidding routes in the Józefów Forest District with continuous grain size of 0/31.5 mm, 0/63 mm and 31.5/63 mm (in accordance with the applicable PN-EN 13242 + A1: 2010 or equivalent standard). The supplied aggregate must not contain elements harmful to the environment, scrap, garbage, wood, glass, plastic waste, ash, materials containing asbestos and hazardous waste.

1. The subject of this part is the successive delivery of natural stone aggregate with a continuous grain size of 0/31.5 mm, 0/63 mm and 31.5/63 mm (lithottamine limestone) - understood as sale, loading, weighing, transport, unloading

and distribution of aggregate at the expense of the Contractor in places indicated by the representatives of the Employer in order to supplement the cavities (ruts, potholes, etc.) created in the road surface of forest roads and skidding routes in the area of the Józefów Forest District. Cavities are of different width and depth. It is the Contractor's obligation to distribute the thickness of the aggregate layer required by the Contracting Authority and to level it with the use of equipment, in a way that allows passage after pouring the aggregate in order to maintain the technological continuity of timber harvesting.

Required properties of lithhetamine limestone (fraction 31.5/63mm) - average bulk density of rocks 2.61Mg/m3

The contracting authority provides for a basic contract and a contract under the right of option. The contracting authority shall use the contract under the option right in the case described in the draft contract.

The volume of the basic order shall be:

- fraction 0/31,5 mm about 500 tons,

- fraction 31.5/63 mm about 3 700 tons

- fraction 0/63 mm about 1 400 tons.

The delivery will be carried out successively based on the Customer's demand.

The contracting authority provides for a basic contract and a contract under the right of option. The contracting authority shall use the contract under the option right in the case described in the draft contract.

The volume of the basic order is about 400 tons.

The delivery will be carried out successively based on the Customer's demand.
