Travel agency services relating to business trips (individual and group) of service agents (central and decentralized) of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Overseas and the public institutions attached to them and any person foreign to ministries, public official or private person, traveling by decision and at the expense of ministries and public establishments.

Lot 1 includes the following services:

- service 1: classic individuals;

- service 2: individual "VIP";

- service 3: “urgent” individuals;

- service 4: “groups” (excluding hotel and catering reservations made for the benefit of CRS for trips exceeding nine agents).

Lot 2 includes the following services:

- benefit 1: subsidized leave;

- service 2: transfers.

Lot 3 includes the following services:

- service 1: ticket office;

- service 2: accommodation of escorts.
