Purchase and rental of Apple Devices (iPhones) for Knappschaft Kliniken

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement with several economic operators for the purchase and rental of various standardised Apple equipment from an authorised distributor.
It is estimated that there is an annual demand of about 750 devices of various kinds. Subject matter are also accessories and repair services and e.g. exchange service. It is assumed that 50% of the demand is distributed between the financing types purchase and rent. For requirements listed in the price sheet, unit prices (purchase prices, rent, prices for service such as repair) are queried.
Within the scope of the rental transaction, the contractor (possibly within the framework of a bidding consortium or with subcontractors) assumes the rental and insurance of the equipment, services (such as repairs) as well as the handling of the order, return and claims settlement processes for the clients.
The framework agreement shall include all tenderers who have submitted a complete tender and have fulfilled the selection criteria. For the execution of individual orders, a ranking is made according to the evaluation of the profitability of the tenders. To determine the profitability of the offers, 100% of the price is decisive. The individual orders are then placed according to the order of precedence. Deviations from the order of precedence are permitted if:
• due to price changes on the part of a contractor, a more economical order from another framework contract partner is possible
• a contractor is unable to meet the response time specified in an individual order or the required quality of task completion.
