The object of the contract is the performance of cleaning services for the premises, the provision, installation and maintenance of sanitary equipment and their supply of consumables and the periodic cleaning of the glazing of the head office and of the premises placed under the responsibility of the CGSS of Martinique.

This is a mixed-price contract: current services are the subject of a flat-rate part and occasional services (on request) are the subject of order forms.

- minimum amount excluding tax over twelve months: 5,000 EUR,

- maximum amount excluding tax over twelve months: EUR 30,000.

The expected services are described in the special technical clauses.
