Sunnhordland Intermunicipal Procurement Forum would like to sign a contract for sales and licence inspections, as well as inspections in accordance with the tobacco act, on behalf of Stord, Bømlo, Kvinnherad, Tysnes and Fitjar Municipalities. The procurement procedure is an open tender contest, cf. the Public Procurements Act (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA). The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract that all the municipalities will be able to use. Each municipality is an independent legal entity, and the final contract will therefore be signed by a responsible person in each municipality. The framework agreements established through this tender competition can be utilised by all departments, units, municipal companies and all wholly owned municipal companies in the above named municipalities.
