The object of the contract is the Service for the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Nowe, and the establishment and operation of the Municipal Community of Nowe Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) together with development municipal waste from PSZOK
1) Task No 1 — Service for the receipt and development of solid municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Nowe.
2) Task No 2 - Establishment and conduct on the territory of the Municipality New Point of Selective Communal Waste Collections (PSZOK) together with the development of municipal waste from the PSZOK.
1) Task No 1 — Service for the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the Municipality of NoweThe Contractor under the subject of the contract will lead:1. Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste mixed with the property on which the residents reside and properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreation- Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste, selectively harvested, from properties on which residents reside and properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the following fractions:
Faction I: Paper, (container/bag blue); Fraction II: Glass (container/green bag); Fraction III: Plastics, multi-plant packaging and metals (container/ bag yellow) Faction IV: Ashes in heating season 15 X to 15V (metal container); Faction V: Biodegradable waste ( container/bag brown);
3. The documents governing the rules for waste management in the municipality are: Regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipality and a resolution setting out detailed rules for the provision of services in exchange for the waste management fee paid.
2) Task no 2 - Establishment and conduct in the territory of the Municipality New Point of Selective Community Waste Collections (PSZOK) together with the development of municipal waste from PSZOKThe object of the contract is the establishment and operation of the Municipal Community New Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK), the reception, collection and development provided by residents or managers of the property on which the inhabitants reside, municipal waste. PSZOK will be a collection and temporary storage site for waste. Waste collected in the PSZOK should be transferred to the waste recovery or disposal plant in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste as referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
