The client intends to rehabilitate the Steinbach Dam in Kempfeld-Katzenloch. The refurbishment includes numerous individual measures. The objects of the services to be awarded are the entrance structures on the descents to the control passage of the stove wall, the outlet structure of the leachate discharge including weather protection of the descent to an intermediate structure of the leachate drainage, the measuring channel including the gauge house in the dam outlet and the garage for the service boat with connection to an existing ramp in the storage space.
The client intends to rehabilitate the Steinbach Dam in Kempfeld-Katzenloch. The refurbishment includes numerous individual measures. The objects of the services to be awarded are the entrance structures on the descents to the control passage of the stove wall, the outlet structure of the leachate discharge including weather protection of the descent to an intermediate structure of the leachate drainage, the measuring channel including the gauge house in the dam outlet and the garage for the service boat with connection to an existing ramp in the storage space.
The services have a strong interface with the separately tendered trade "Electrotechnical Equipment/I&C Technology". Continuous coordination discussions with the third-party trade must be conducted. For this purpose, reference is also made to the regular construction meetings, which take place under the organization of the local construction supervision used by the client. The additional effort must be priced in; there is no separate remuneration.
In the following, the essential, planned work to be carried out by the Contractor are summarized in bullet points:

The advertised buildings / components are to be completely implemented structurally in the following time window.
Start of construction: no later than 15 working days after commissioning.
End of construction: October 2023.
A material price sliding clause should not be agreed, but proven additional costs will be remunerated in agreement with the client.

Before calculating the offer, the Contractor may inform himself comprehensively about the local situation and all boundary conditions that may be of concern for his construction process in detail by inspecting the location. For this purpose, an appointment with the client is required. Ignorance of relevant boundary conditions does not entitle to additional claims.
