ROUND-THE-CLOCK PHYSICAL PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND PROPERTY <

The subject of the contract is the provision of round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property located within the boundaries of the protected unit, complex, facility, military property, in accordance with Article 3 point 1) letter a) ÷b) of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995) carried out for the benefit of the 18th Military Economic Branch (18WOG) and military units being on supply, including:

1) direct permanent or ad hoc physical protection,

2) constant surveillance of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic alarm devices and systems,

3) implementation of tasks related to customer service in full or partial scope.

2. The subject of the contract was divided into 4 tasks:

TASK 1: provision of services for the protection of persons and property by the Specialist Armed Protection Formation Contractors of military complexes (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) located in towns:

Gościcino – kompleks Leśny (KW-4082); 84-241 Gościcino;

Bolszewo – Strzelnica complex (KW-4072); 84-239 Bolszewo;

Sopieszyno – complex Sopieszyno (KW-4635); 84-206 Nowy Dwór Wejherowski;

Łężyce – Łężyce complex (KW-7906); 84-207 Łężyce.

TASK 2: provision of services for the protection of persons and property by the Specialist Armed Protection Formation Contractors of military complexes (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) located in the following towns:

Strzepcz – Strzepcz complex (KW-4831); 84-222 Line

Siemirowice – complex Siemirowice (KW-6068); 84-313 Siemirowice and:

Siemirowice - complex Military Club (KW-8622); 84-313 Siemirowice – only intervention operations with the use of intervention patrol separated from shift (SUFO protection) No. 1 and/or shift (SUFO protection) No. 2, distance to the main complex KW-6068 approx. 1 Miles;

Bukovina – Bukovina complex (KW-5252); 84-311 Bukovina – only intervention operations with the use of intervention patrol separated from shift (SUFO protection) No. 1 and/or shift (SUFO protection) No. 2, distance from the main complex KV-6068 approx. 6 km;

Kościerzyna – Kościerzyna complex (KW-8728); 83-400 Kościerzyna;

TASK 3: provision of services for the protection of persons and property by the Specialist Armed Protection Formation Contractors of military complexes (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) located in the following towns:

Łebcz – Łebcz complex (KW-4610); 84-120 Władysławowo;

Rozewie 1 – complex Rozewie -1 (KW-8636); 84-104 Rozewie and:

Rozewie 2 - complex Rozewie -2 (KW-4181); 84-104 Rozewie – remote external post, distance to the main complex KW-8636 approx. 3 km;

Rozewie 3 – complex Rozewie -3 (KW-7311); 84-104 Rozewie – only intervention operations with the use of the Intervention Patrol separated from the shift, distance from the main complex of KW-8636 approx. 3 km;

Białogóra – Białogóra complex (KW-4121); 84-113 Białogóra;

TASK 4: provision of services for the protection of persons and property by the Specialist Armed Protection Formation Contractors of military complexes (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) located in the following towns:

Gdynia – Babie Doły complex (KW-6033); 81-117 Gdynia and:

Kosakowo - Bliższa complex (KW-5253); 81-198 Kosakowo – only intervention operations with the use of the Intervention Patrol separated from the shift (guard), distance from the main complex KW-6033 approx. 2 km;

Kosakowo – complex Further Radiolantern (KW-6033); 81-198 Kosakowo – only protection carried out by caretakers.

Gdynia – Grabówek complex (KW-4033); 81-209 Gdynia;

Osłonino – Osłonino complex (KW-4630); 84-100 Puck, (Rzucewo near Puck).

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract will be included in the SWZ, which will be sent to the Contractors invited to submit tenders.
