Entrustment by Open Procedure of: Lot 1) Social Emergency Service; Lot 2) Homeless Service; Lot 3) Street Unit Service with the total amount of the contract for the purposes determination of the thresholds referred to in art. 35, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, including all the options, of 2,191,915.05 excluding VAT equal to the auction-based contract amount for the duration of three years assumed period from 01/05/2022 to 30/04/2025 of €1,134,885.67 plus VAT, possible one-year contract renewal from 01/05/2025 to 30/04/2026 of €378,295.22 plus VAT, possible technical extension of six months from 01/05/2026 to 31/10/2026 of €189,147.61 plus VAT and any contractual changes pursuant to art. 106 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 of €489,586.55 plus VAT

The service is aimed at minors, adults or frail elderly people. Emergency social intervention by L.N. 328/00 is recognized as an essential assistance service, to be guaranteed for those who are in emergency situations and social urgency. The service is aimed primarily at minors - lot size €752,747.33 for 36 contractual months, €250,915.78 one-year contract renewal, €125,457.89 six-month technical extension, €338,736.30 any contractual changes pursuant to art. 106 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

The project is aimed at adults and/or self-sufficient elderly people, 1) with serious psycho-health problems, homeless in emergency situations; 2) without the necessary family support definitive and/or temporary; 3) with psycho-social and health problems; 4) for which the stay in one's family unit or life context contrasts with the personal development and intervention plan personalized care of Social Services - lot size €224,475.00 for 36 contract months, €74,825.00 one-year contract renewal, €37,412.50 six-month technical extension, €101,013.75 if any contractual changes pursuant to art. 106 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016

The road unit service requires operators 1) to activate an itinerant listening point with the aim of establishing a constructive and trusting relationship with street users; 2) provide the goods of basic necessities purchased from ASP; 3) direct users to places designated for night reception; 4) provide information about the points of delivery of first reception services, also providing material information/training; 5) send local social services by providing them with schedules and address, in order to assess the individual situation and any intervention project aimed at overcoming the fragility conditions - lot size €157,663.33 for 36 contract months, €52,554.44 one-year contract renewal, €26,277.22 six-month technical extension, €49,836,50 any ex contract changes art. 106 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;
