the Presidency of the Republic organises, mainly in the context of protocol (visits by the President of the Republic, national tributes, receptions at the Elysée Palace, etc.), but also in that of cultural events or events intended for the public (Music Festival, European Heritage Days, etc.), events for which it is necessary to set up specific arrangements and temporary facilities, adapted to each situation. These events can take place both at the Elysée Palace and throughout the metropolitan area.

lot 1 concerns only the services carried out in Ile-De-France.The holder carries out all or part of the design and realization of the fittings, the delivery, the installation of furniture, structures (equipment requiring assembly / dismantling such as tents or dais) and consumables, the rental, withdrawal and recovery of said products. The holder may also be required to produce "custom works", i.e. works made to measure and especially for a specific event. Installation means the handling, by the staff of the holder, of the rented furniture and equipment, from the unloading area to the place of services, according to the indications of the representative of the contracting authority.
