This assignment concerns the supply, installation and installation of furniture for schools in Brussels of the GO! net (Brussels School Group). To describe the assignment, the concrete project of GO! 4 City used. This existing school will move to a new location on 1.9.2020, for which new furniture must be purchased.

However, the products described can also be used by other GO! Schools and institutions! just ordered in Brussels (Scholengroep Brussel).

The contractor guides interested schools in their purchase by, for example:

- drawing up plans for the spaces to be classified "by concept", in line with the educational vision and specific needs of the school concerned,

- guiding the right choices of furniture to be purchased "by list", in line with the educational vision and specific needs of the school concerned,

- drawing up a purchase plan, if the school wants to spread the purchases.

School GO! 4 City:

- a large part of the furniture (as further described in the file) is purchased for use on 1.9.2020,

- the relocation can take place from 15.8.2020, when the building is released for use,

- the tenderer ensures that the relocation of the described furniture will be completed by 28.8.2020 at the latest,

- if the site is delayed and the school cannot start on 1.9.2020, the client will inform the contractor in good time,

- the deadline of 28.8.2020 for the move will in that case be postponed,

- these circumstances, which are not under the control of the client, cannot lead to extra payments to the contractor.
