Hadsel municipality's technical operations department, also referred as the contracting authority, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipal road network in Hadsel municipality.

Hadsel municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for winter maintenance service on Industriveien Børøya. Winter maintenance is in this context defined as ploughing, clearing, and sanding/salting.

The contract shall apply from autumn 2022 until and including spring 2025. Option for 1 year extension.

The winter season is from October 15 to April 15 each year.

The option will be taken up automatically. If the contracting authority does not want to activate the option, written notification must be given a minimum of 3 months before it comes into force.

The municipality reserves the right to introduce electronic systems as a basis for controlling time registration and work performed.
