This contract concerns services relating to the maintenance and operation of the central road traffic control post in the municipality of La Seyne-sur-Mer. The consultation was made by open call for tenders in application of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The services provided under this contract:
- for the “maintenance of the central control station” (periodic and regular) services will be paid by applying the fixed prices indicated in the breakdown of the annual global and fixed price (DPGF), and will be carried out under the conditions defined in the CCTP ;
- for “system troubleshooting”, “troubleshooting” and / or “replacement of a faulty element” services will be paid for on order forms:
—— minimum annual amount: 10 000 EUR excluding tax,
—— maximum annual amount: 70,000 EUR excluding tax,
- by application of the prices appearing in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) and on the basis of list prices or new prices on estimate.
In the event that the notification takes place after 1.1.2021, these amounts will be prorated for the first year, from the date of notification until 31.12.2021. Purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of the market. In this case, they will be executed within a maximum period of two months from the end of validity of the contract.
