Max. the duration of the provision of services is 91 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with max. time of provision of services for:

-Order. Basic A: 31 months,

-Order. Basic B:14 months,

-Order. Basic C:14 months,

-Order. Basic D: 17 months,

-Zam.Podstawowego E: 3 can,

-Option A: is 6 months,

-Option B: 12 months,

-Option C: 12 months,

-ZPA options: 12 months,

-Option ZPB: 12 months,

-ZPC options: 12 months,

-ZPD options: 12 months,

-Option OA: 12 months,

-OB options: 12 months,

-OC Options: 12 months

with reservation. provisions of § 6 PPU (regarding the suspension of the provision of services covered by the contract - max. for 365 days).

1.The subject of the contract is to perform the function of the Contract Engineer in connection with the "Implementation of the project entitled "Zryw" Junction with the connection of DK6 with Sikorskiego Street – improvement of road infrastructure" divided into Task 1 "build" with option and Task 2 "design and build" with options" with options.

2.The subject of the contract includes the provision of services indicated in the PPU for the scope defined as:

-Basic Order A, Basic Order B, Basic Order C, Basic Order D and Basic Order E;

-ZPA option, ZPB option, ZPC option, ZPD option,

-Option A, Option B, Option C,

-OA option, OB option, OC option

however, the activation of the above-mentioned option requires the submission of an appropriate statement by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the PPU.

3.A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the PPU (Annex 12 to SWZ).

4. The contractor for the works (Contract) was selected as a result of the procedure for granting a public contract conducted on the basis of the PPL Act.
