1. The subject of the contract is the performance of work under:

1.1. Tasks I - Preparation of project documentation along with obtaining a final administrative decision on building permit, final administrative decision on permit for felling trees and exercising author's supervision for the task entitled "Construction of the storm water drainage system together with the reconstruction of roads in the Ostrowy Górnicze area in Sosnowiec"

1.2. Tasks II - Preparation of project documentation together with obtaining a final administrative decision on building permit, final administrative decision on permit for felling trees and exercising author's supervision for the task entitled "Construction of the sanitary sewage system and reconstruction of the water supply network in the Ostrowy Górnicze district in Sosnowiec" (in the streets: Starzyńskiego, Metalowa, Klubowa, Górna, Juliuszowska, Feliks - side, Gałczyński, Poniatowskiego, Orzeszkowa, Limbowa, Maczkowska, Niecała)

As part of the investment task 'Water and sewage management in Sosnowiec - Stage III

1. The subject of the order was divided into 2 tasks.

1.1. Task I concerns the Sosnowiec Commune and includes:

Preparation of project documentation together with obtaining a final administrative decision on building permit, final administrative decision on permit for felling trees and exercising author's supervision for the task entitled "Construction of the storm water drainage network together with the reconstruction of roads in the Ostrów Górnicze area in Sosnowiec" as part of the investment task "Water and sewage management in Sosnowiec - Stage III"

1.2. Task II concerns Sosnowieckie Wodociągów SA and includes:

Preparation of project documentation together with obtaining a final administrative decision on building permit, final administrative decision on permit for felling trees and exercising author's supervision for the task entitled "Construction of the sanitary sewage system and reconstruction of the water supply network in the Ostrowy Górnicze district in Sosnowiec" (in the following streets: Starzyńskiego, Metalowa, Klubowa, Górna, Juliuszowska, Feliks - lateral, Gałczyński, Poniatowskiego, Orzeszkowa, Limbowa, Maczkowska, Niecała); as part of the investment task 'Water and sewage management in Sosnowiec - Stage III'.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 3 to the ToR.

3. The awarding entity envisages the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PPL Act consisting in the repetition of similar design services.

4. Possible scope of similar design services, ie preparation of project documentation (PB, PW, STWIORB, PR KI), including obtaining required decisions, permits, arrangements regarding elements specified in the description of the subject of the order for the basic order. A similar order will be awarded on the terms specified for the single-source mode.

5. The contract performance deadline given in section II point II.2.7) applies only to the development of project documentation.

6. Deadline for completion:

6.1. Design documentation agreed with the contracting authority up to 14 months from the date of the contract;

6.2. A final administrative decision regarding the building permit and a final administrative decision for felling trees: up to 10 weeks from the date set in point 6.1;

6.3. Author's supervision will be carried out during the period of construction works, but not longer than 4 years from the date of the contract.
